Letters

A letter can include a name, an email address, a phone number when the writer adds one, and the message itself. Leave out payment-card details and any identity-document number.

What these pages omit

Accounts are not created here. The mailbox opens in your own mail program, so this host does not store a form. Advertising cookies are absent. Analytics cookies are absent. No advertising SDK is embedded. No analytics SDK is embedded.

Domine, Commissioner, and the host log

Domine and Commissioner are fetched from Google Fonts. That fetch can carry an IP address, and FRESHRA LLC does not turn the address into an ad profile. The company that hosts the pages may retain ordinary access logs: IP address, browser type, date, and the page asked for. Those logs are not used to assemble ad profiles either.

Keeping a letter

Mail is read so the company can answer, match a record, and hold the thread that answer needs. The copy remains until the question is finished. From the same address, you can ask for the held copy to be removed. A backup copy, or a copy a statute tells us to keep, is removed when that duty ends.

Selling and sharing

Personal information is not sold. The host, the mail provider, and the font provider handle the technical data their jobs require. When a statute demands disclosure, the company gives what that statute demands.

Children

querymesa.top is not aimed at children under 13. A child should not send personal information here.

ANCHORAGE, not another office

The office is in ANCHORAGE, AK, United States. Mail may be read and stored in the United States. The 681 area code does not move the office and does not create a West Virginia location.

Access

A writer may ask for access, a correction, or deletion of letter text still on file. The company may first check that the request comes from the same email address. A revised policy carries a new date on this page.
